The design of KYN61 switchgear conforms to regulations for metal clad drawable switchgear in GB3906. It is mainly composed of two part, the cubicle body and the handcart. The cubicle divided into four sole compartment, the circuit compartment, bus bar compartment, cable compartment and gauge compartment. The degree of protection for the cubicle is IP4X, and IP2X for the compartments. The handcart includes the main switch (or other functional components) and support part.

To ensure the installation quality of the basic components, the frame levelness should be 1mm/1m.

For the switchgears in single line, the recommended width of aisle before the line is 2.5m, for the double lines of switchgear, the recommended width of aisle between the lines is 3m.

Following up the above steps, to install the switchgears one by one, the unevenness should no more than 2mm.

The switchgears can be coupled with or welded together firmly with the earth basic components.
