1. Production introduction
The RBJ-350 is a modular, servo driven based machine with 2 standard digital die cutting stations to finish preprinted material or produced blank labels.
Many finishing options are available, including lamination, varnish, slitting and sheeting stations.
The large touch panel GUI on a pivoting arm allows for user-friendly operation at all stations.

5. FAQ:
1). Is it possible to exclude lamination unit from the quotation? This kind of lamination is not used at our markets.
If you don't want it, we can cut it off the machine. But it is not that different on the price.
2). The life time of cutting blade?
We use imported blades from Swiss, life time usage is around 40000 meters.
3). If the machine is stops for some reason (matrix brake) the knives will start from same place or will be some waste?
Actually there are 3 kinds of reasons:
A. If machine stops because of power off, emergency, then the knives will start from the starting point.
B. If you press the "stop button" on the machine, the machine will continue finishing the current repeat job, then it will stop.
C. If you press"Immediate stop button" on the machine, the machine will stop immediately, then it will start from the current place.
4). What is your machine advantages compare with laser machine?
A.Laser has side affect on burning, has fog to deal with, paper edges not sooth.
B.When speed is higher than 40m/min, it would affect the die cutting result.
C.Standard laser machine price is 2.5-4 times higher than our machine.
D.Have material limitation, can not used on most films, especially PE, PVC films.
